周所周知我们的扩展被微软扩展团队以包含恶意软件为由从微软商店下架。经沟通微软团队给出的理由是：

The product Aria2 Explorer was investigated and found to contain or direct to suspicious domains.

在此郑重声明： 我们提交到微软 Edge 商店以及 Chrome 应用商店的代码始终与 GitHub 公开的代码保持完全一致，没有添加任何恶意代码，也不包含任何收集用户隐私数据的代码和行为。

我们的回应

我们拒绝了无数的影响用户体验的广告合作和收购邀约（作为一个下载工具我们拥有很多敏感权限，因此灰产对我们格外眼馋），就是希望能打造一个安全可靠，简单干净好用的下载工具给大家。但没想到被微软背刺，这种粗略和不负责的审核结果，对我们的名誉造成了伤害。在与微软 Edge 团队数次沟通无果后，只能暂停 Edge 商店的维护更新，在微软团队没有给出更加具体的原因或者证据之前，我们将停止下一步动作。

使用建议

推荐所有微软 Edge 用户从 Chrome 应用商店安装并继续使用 Aria2 Explorer。无法访问 Chrome 应用商店的用户可以通过 GitHub 下载crx文件，并拖放到 edge://extensions/ 页面进行手动安装。

Our users may know that Aria2 Explorer has recently been removed from the Microsoft Edge Add-ons Store. According to the Microsoft Extensions Team, the reason provided was:

The product Aria2 Explorer was investigated and found to contain or direct to suspicious domains.

Clarification on Code Integrity

We would like to make it clear that the code submitted to both the Microsoft Edge Add-ons Store and the Chrome Web Store has always been fully identical to the publicly available code on GitHub. At no point has the project included any malicious code, nor does it contain functionality that collects or processes user privacy data.

Our Commitment to Users

Over the years, we have rejected numerous advertising proposals and acquisition offers — despite the fact that, as a download tool, the extension requires sensitive permissions which could easily be misused. Our guiding principle has always been to deliver a secure, reliable, clean, and user-friendly tool for our community.

Unfortunately, the Microsoft review process has resulted in a conclusion that we believe to be inaccurate and damaging to our reputation. Despite multiple attempts to seek clarification, we have not received sufficient evidence or detailed explanation from the Microsoft Edge team. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to suspend maintenance and updates on the Edge Store until further notice.

Recommended Installation Methods

We encourage all users of Microsoft Edge to continue using Aria2 Explorer by installing it from the [Chrome Web Store.
For users unable to access the Chrome Web Store, the latest release package (crx file) can be downloaded directly from [GitHub Releases](https://github.com/alexhua/Aria2-Explorer/releases/latest) and installed manually via the edge://extensions/ page.
