Is There a Way to Reset Tagify?

I may have already asked this, but is there an easy way to reset tagify to erase all previous tagging on tracks?

Yes!
A few ways to do this.
Easiest would be to delete your data from localStorage.

Open Developer Tools:

• Press Ctrl+Shift+I (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Option+I (Mac)
• Or right-click anywhere in Spotify and select "Inspect Element"

If you can't do this, you need to run the following command in your terminal:
spicetify enable-devtools

• Go to the Console tab in the developer tools that opened
• Run this command: Copy and paste this line into the console and press Enter:
  localStorage.removeItem("tagify:tagData")
  WARNING: This will permanently delete all of your tag data (ratings, energy levels, tags, etc).
  This will also delete all of the custom tags you've made - and reset them to the default Tagify tags!
• If you also want to delete your smart playlist data, run:
  localStorage.removeItem("tagify:smartPlaylists")

Restart Spotify or refresh Tagify to see the reset take effect.

As a warning, I'd recommend pressing 'Backup' (on the main menu and in the smart playlist menu) to backup your current data in case you want to revert back to it.

Let me know if you have any problems with this!

Also, if you'd like to keep your custom tags, but only delete the tags that are applied to your tracks, this requires a different method.
If this is the case, let me know and I'll walk you through it.

Hey Alex, I tried following the instructions above and all I get in the console is "undefined". I have tried to paste the instructions into the console a couple of times and nothing gets reset. Am I missing something? Thank you!

Which Tagify version are you on? The latest version stores tag data differently

That explains it!
Go to the "Application" tab on top.
You'll see "IndexedDB" somewhere on the left-hand side.
Press on that and find the Tagify database. You can click on it and delete it.
This will delete all your tag data. Make sure to backup of course.
