Dates aren't displayed

There's no JSONDateNode to display Date values.

This would make an excellent First Timers Only Pull Request

• Add a new else if branch to grab-node.js for nodeType === 'Date'
• Create a new JSONDateNode.js module in src/ based on one of the existing components. e.g. copy the contents of JSONStringNode.js and rename the component to JSONDateNode
• Add a Date property to the data object rendered in the example App.js
• Run the example to check the date displays and looks ok
• Decide/discuss how the date should be displayed - e.g. is the default String representation ok, or should the JSONDateNode component call .toISOString() or something else when rendering?
