Feature idea: Follow mode for when you pipe logs into tv

I have a couple of channels that pipe different severity of logs into tv, but the position of the selected item stays the same when new logs are added.

I would love a way for it to follow to the newest input at the bottom of the list like a living log. I don't know if the work would be trivial but adding this functionality would basically make logging a full feature in tv.
