Propose changes

  • Minor refinements in readme
  • Extra tweak to load .env.localnet (after .env) as part of build script to allow execution of deploy script against default localnet without crashing (previously had been optimized for algokit project deploy command and readme had outdated instruction -> which is suggesting the deploy via algokit correctly now)
  • Minor tweak, making .playground folder non hidden by default (given that its gitignored anyway)
