Documentation: Broken image link in app-deploy.md doc

There is a broken image link in the [app-deploy.md](https://github.com/algorandfoundation/algokit-utils-py/blob/3d6fd628f0bdc8b52d77f8883aaa19a6695b4349/docs/markdown/capabilities/app-deploy.md?plain=1#L29) file. It appears that the images folder is not being copied to the `markdown` folder (and the image path itself is wrong).
