Add some simple score metadata

This is meant so the muxml exports have nice Title and Author fields.
I am imagining a very simple syntax of

"author: "<author name>
"title. "<title>
---
<rest of score>
```
as a fixed, beginning-of file only section, much like the metadata format commonly used for markdown files
