Reconstruction from videos

With the KeyframeSelection node, images can be extracted from videos. It supports Sharpness selection and Sparse Distance selection.

In the node settings, click on the (+) icon for Media Paths.

Add the path to the video file.

Known supported file types: .mp4, ...

If your output folder is empty, you need to adjust the default settings. This can be the case for blurry videos for example where many frames may get dismissed and the min. frames value is too high. You can try disabling/adjusting Use Sparse Distance and Use Sharpness.

Workaround:

• Copy the folder path from KeyframeExtraction output
• Set it as the Live Reconsturuction Image Folder Path (and set the update interval)
• Start watching the folder and execute the graph.
