We're planning a full audit of all 192 skills next week and want your input on what quality means.

Current Quality Dimensions

1. Clarity — Is the SKILL.md clear enough that Claude activates correctly?
2. Completeness — Does it cover edge cases and have proper references?
3. Actionability — Does it produce usable output, not just advice?
4. Structure — Metadata, trigger phrases, numbered workflows, validation checkpoints?
5. Scripts — Does it include runnable Python/JS tools (stdlib-only)?

Questions for You

• Which skills have you tried that worked great? What made them great?
• Which skills disappointed you? What was missing?
• Do you prefer detailed skills (200+ lines) or concise ones (<100 lines)?
• How important are bundled scripts vs. pure instruction skills?
