.NET 8 不支持，需要尽快支持

使用.NET8运行的时候，无法添加'nlsCsharpSdkExtern.dll'，即使把nlsCsharpSdkExtern.dll拷贝到运行目录下，也会报：”System.DllNotFoundException:“Unable to load DLL 'nlsCsharpSdkExtern.dll' or one of its dependencies: 找不到指定的模块。 (0x8007007E)”
