[BUG] -single case view shows the wrong moderator

Describe the Bug

Whenever someone calls a single case to be viewed the moderator is always the moderator that ran the command. This bug is actually within the case cog

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run /case view case: 1
2. Check moderator

Expected Behavior

This should show the moderator that performed the actions.
