stb: Check if we can use a single target.

Now we have 2 targets which provide the source for the stb_image.

• The first one comes directly from stable-diffusion/thirdparty - this one we use in the basic example
• The other one is the we provide through CPM and it's used in local example

It's not of a big deal since they are used only for examples.
