nono golang bindings?

Creating and maintaining nono-go bindings is sufficiently expensive that it may be worth maintaining them as a separate repo (rather than integrating into nono each time). WDYT?

absolutely, i think this is the ideal, i did not create anything myself yet as was waiting for a user first. what do you see as ideal for the lib, we link to you or would like to propose a migration to our org, i am pretty open myself to suggestions! we can start by def linking over.
