Your first mission

Introduce yourself below. Tell us:

1. Who you are — developer, founder, researcher, student?
2. What you're building — the domain and use case (medical, legal, HR, fitness, something else entirely)
3. What brought you here — found us on HN, Discord, a blog post, someone in your network?
4. One thing you want TrueNorth to do that it doesn't do yet

This last one is the most valuable. Every major feature we've shipped started as someone saying "I want to do X and I can't."

Before you post

Search first. Your question has likely been asked. A quick search saves everyone's time and keeps discussions focused.

Share context. For technical questions: include your goal YAML, the error message, and what you've already tried. The more specific you are, the faster you get a real answer.

No question is too basic. This community was built by people who remember being beginners. Ask the "obvious" question.

Community norms

Be specific, not vague. "This doesn't work" is hard to respond to. "Stage 5 field extraction returns confidence 0.0 for all integer fields when the user writes in Hindi" is something we can fix.

Assume good intent. We're all figuring this out together. Someone's wrong implementation is feedback, not a failure.

Credit ideas. If someone else's post inspired your contribution, mention them.

Disagree on ideas, not people. You can think a design decision is wrong without thinking the person who made it is wrong.
