Feature: add dark mode support

## 🚀 Feature Description

Add dark mode support to https://github.com/ambient-code/platform. This will be a very simple implementation. There should be a small dark/light mode toggle button to the left of my username. The user clicks it to immediately switch between dark and light mode. Keep it simple.
