Quarters 0.7.1

• Edit config.json in a browser (#6). A browser can't open the file in an
  app on the computer Quarters runs on, so ⌥⌘, (Settings → Edit
  config.json…, or the palette) opens it in the editor. Add Project has the
  button too, and says why you'd use it: to add several projects at once,
  or to give a project's agent a command of its own, which the form
  doesn't have. A save with a
  mistake in it is refused, with the line it's on, and so is one that
  changes remote access, which could lock the browser out. Quarters uses
  the new settings at once.
