I have a pretty solid working example today. It's not visually the best, but it is at least cleaned up so it at least has some clarity. Here's what I have today ...

In thinking about where to take this next, I would like to get feedback from our team on which elements we believe would have the most impact here. Here are some ideas:

• Link to CMS
• Launch checklist
• CMS documentation and training (not specific to the site, but the CMS provider's docs)
• Some method of kicking off the support process
• A more interactive sitemap
• A list of and links to all the third-party services the site is using

This is at a point where I can show a demo of it to determine where we want to take it from here. That said, any other ideas are absolutely welcome.
