Change command binding for all shortcuts to "Alt + E"

Expected Behavior

EasyShell key binding should be simple and have no collision with standard distributions and perspectives.

Actual Behavior

Some bindings are not working as expected like:
"Alt + R" = Run, see #181
"Alt + Shift + E"
etc.

We should use one starting pattern like "Alt + E" for all commands an then add per command, like:
