Changes

New features

  • It is now possible to efficiently compute directional sensitivities without constructing the full sensitivity matrix by passing the optional directions_y and directions_p arguments to generateSensitivityFunction. This allows for a major speedup in applications where sensitivities are only required for a small subset of initial values or parameters of the system.

Examples

  • All examples now follow a consistent naming scheme: rhsExampleName.m for the RHS file and runExampleName.m for the driver script.
  • Old or broken examples have been fixed or removed.
  • The existing DAE, white cabbage parameter estimation and Filippov 3D-Predator-Prey examples have been reworked.
