华为mate7 4.4系统应用启动就崩溃

在其他机型没有这个问题，也没找到具体原因，报了个
Launcher dialog dismiss failed : java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: no dialog with id 1 was ever shown via Activity#showDialog。
还有一个是apn权限
java.lang.SecurityException: No permission to write APN settings: Neither user 10074 nor current process has android.permission.WRITE_APN_SETTIN，at android.app.ContextImpl.enforce(ContextImpl.java:1766)
不知道有人处理过这个问题没有不

作者解决了吗，这种bug最好找到手机 测试一下
