add https support

I don't know if you plan this already. I would like to have HTTPS support, as our business servers allow ssh access only over VPN.

And there are other reasons, too, like getting through a firewall (that blocks ssh).

HTTPS is partially implemented, in an early version it was enabled, but we decide to improve ssh with ssh-key and user/pwd support first as it's the most used protocol.

However, I cannot predict when it will be added. We are focusing on bug fixes now until a stable v1.1, then we will start to work on a v1.2 that will probably include https.
