[BUG] Cannot use Ledger Nano X OpenPGP.XL with OpenKeychain

OpenKeyring fails to identify a matching key (even with a public key imported from local storage) from a Ledger Nano X.

This GPG "smart card" was set up using Kleopatra. My keys are present on keys.openpgp.org and set on card.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Initialize a OpenPGP "smart card" using Kleopatra on the Ledger Nano X
2. Attempt to import into OpenKeychain
3. Profit.

The key should be correctly identified and imported as expected.
