Enable support for dependabot to update dependencies #1544
Description
Dependabot does not directly support updating dependencies libs.versions.toml but through the use of gradle-dependency-sync and a GitHub Action to automatically run the sync task for dependabot PRs it should be possible to easily offload the work of keeping dependencies up-to-date.
