Create ViewPager2Actions similar to ViewPagerActions

There are no dedicated ViewActions to test ViewPager2 on Espresso like ViewPager2Actions.

The new trend is to make testing APIs for specific androidx APIs live alongside the APIs they are testing. eg FragmentScenario lives in androidx.fragment, not androidx.test

So I'd suggest to reach out to the androidx.viewpager team. There is a link for reporting bugs here

I have created an issue for this here in the ViewPager2 IssueTracker space. I have also created a working version of the ViewPager2Actions class here. You are welcome to take it and modify it as you please.
