Similar flux-based libs started providing schematics to reduce notoriously known "boilerplate". Is it planned feature within angular redux?

Yes, that is something that we would like to add. We will probably start with a schematic for initial setup and then go from there. Please see #57 to track our progress on the initial add schematic
