I can' see my last row of date. The horizontal scroll bar covers up last row. Is there a way to auto hide or push it down?

Which RC are you using? If it's not the latest, please try it. I believe there was a fix supplied for this issue recently.

I now have this issue, after upgrading from RC12 to RC16.

The horizontal scroll bar used to have a negative bottom of its height (bottom: -16px), causing it to appear beneath the uiGridRenderContainer.

Is this a duplicate of #2030? There's a CSS fix that seemed to work for me: removing position:inherit from .ui-grid-render-container. Although I didn't put it in, so I don't feel inclined to wade in and remove it again.

@morungos It appears to be similar, but that issue is now closed.

The filtering demo, using v3.0.0-rc.16-39d2633 (current head), still has the issue: http://ui-grid.info/docs/#/tutorial/103_filtering. Removing the position:inherit doesn't seem to make a difference.

@rwilliams-scottlogic Very interesting... I'm using v3.0.0-rc.16 in development and I still find that applying:

.ui-grid-render-container {
  position: static;
}

resolves this issue, for me, on OSX, across Safari. Chrome, and Firefox, all of which show the issue without that rule. Also interestingly, FF also shows the problem on the vertical scroll (the webkit browsers don't).

Although commit 39d2633 is a little after my bowerified v3.0.0-rc.16, so something else could have come in since.

Upon further investigation, I think it's (or at least the manifestation of it I'm seeing) related to the grid's link function setting grid.horizontalScrollbarHeight and rowContainer.horizontalScrollbarHeight based on uiGridConstants.scrollbars.WHEN_NEEDED.

I'm using the "when needed" option, so the height is set to zero. Various other places in the code assume that these values being zero means that there is no horizontal scrollbar, and size themselves accordingly (search for "Add the height of the native horizontal scrollbar, if it's there. Otherwise it will mask over the final row" comments).
