Add prh.yml rules to standardize: - '皆様', '皆さん', 'みな様' → 'みなさん' - '素晴らしい', '素晴しい' → 'すばらしい' Apply automated fixes to 32 existing documentation files.

以下の表記ゆれを統一するルールを追加:
「みなさん」への統一
皆様→みなさん皆さん→みなさんみな様→みなさん「すばらしい」への統一
素晴らしい→すばらしい素晴しい→すばらしい自動修正の適用
