bug(aria-combobox): pressing enter on an already active element doesn't close the dropdown

Description

When I press enter on an already selected element, the dropdown doesn't close.

Expected Behavior

When I press enter on an already selected element it should close the dropdown.

Actual Behavior

The dropdown doesn't close.

Thank you for the interest and filing this issue. Angular-aria is still experimental and very much in development until our next release, so please hold off until at least then. We will re-triage this issue after the release to verify if it is still happening and also what the correct behavior shoudl be.
