nav: left component nav behavior is still not perfect

works fine but it's missing from the left side navigation.. it's not actually missing but you need to scroll down the content as well to see it...

The issue is that when you scroll on the sidebar it doesn't scroll all the way down, when you scroll again it scrolls the page and the rest of the items become visible.

This was also reported in #857 and was improved upon in PR #978.

The situation is considerably improved from what it was previously. If you scroll again after hitting the bottom, it will show all of the entries (it did not previously).

Additionally, in an ideal solution the last item wouldn't be in a position to be blocked by the link URL text.
