I am an AI researcher and open-source contributor with 10+ years of experience building mobile, web, and enterprise AI applications. Currently a Staff Engineer at Samsung R&D (Bangalore), I work with LLMs, SLMs, and VLMs while contributing to the Open Source Program Office and Advanced Research Group. As the creator and maintainer of API Dash—one, an award-winning open-source API DevTool, of only three projects from India to be selected as a mentoring organization in Google Summer of Code (GSoC)—I’m passionate about building developer tools and advancing open-source ecosystems. A former GSoC scholar and now a GSoC org maintainer, I enjoy mentoring, community building, and scaling impactful open-source projects. Previously, I held leadership and product roles in startups such as Emint and Fuzzy Logix, working across data science, product management, and full-stack engineering to deliver enterprise AI solutions. Beyond building software, I am an active public speaker, having delivered 30+ talks and workshops at international conferences, universities, and podcasts—including PyCon, SciPy, PyData, BelPy, Scaler, and industry forums—on AI, open source, developer tooling, and community building. I also authored Learn Python 3 and hold a B.Tech. and M.Tech. from IIT Kanpur, specializing in computational sciences and engineering.
