Download and install

Download PuppetDesk-Windows.zip below, extract the whole ZIP, and double-click Install or Update Puppet Desk.cmd. Launch the app from the new Puppet Desk desktop shortcut. Close it before running Update Puppet Desk for future releases. No GitHub account, GitHub CLI, Python or compiler is required.

Included

  • Standalone Puppet Desk.exe and public release updater.
  • Six named characters, three puppet profiles each; Front and mirrored side views.
  • Voice-triggered mouth states, automatic blinking and shared or per-profile microphone tuning.
  • Image/movie hands with movement, scaling, rotation, mirroring and pinned joints.
  • Undo/Redo, Align all puppets, configurable hotkeys, and Minimize/Restore.
  • Optional OBS scene switching for characters and individual puppet profiles.
  • Detailed README organised by the names of the controls, including OBS setup.

Windows 11 with .NET Framework 4.8 or later recommended. This executable is unsigned. OBS Window Capture may freeze or go blank while the puppet is minimized.
