This PR fixes CI/CD failures caused by MD047 markdown linting rule violations in two Uzbek language files.
Problem
The markdown linter was failing with the following errors:
Root Cause
Both files were missing a final newline character at the end of the file. The MD047 rule requires all markdown files to end with exactly one newline character for proper formatting and consistency.
Solution
Added a single newline character to the end of both files:
uz/c.md: Added newline after the final sentence about readable codeuz/python.md: Added newline after the final reference linkVerification
The changes ensure the repository meets markdown formatting standards and resolves the CI/CD pipeline failures.
