Question: why is this repo public?

Hi everyone, while working on some changes for the DPF 25R2 documentation, I just realized this repo is public and no private information should be shared anywhere on here. Is this on purpose? What is the reason for this repo to be public?
I am only asking because I originally thought this was a private/hidden repo.
