Set poetry
installer.modern-installationtofalsefor installs which includepydata-sphinx-theme. Thisis needed due to incorrect metadata in the package, which
poetrynow started to complain about. Thebase change seems to be in the version
0.7.0ofinstaller.Instead of pinning package version, we can simply switch this setting until the metadata in the
pydata-sphinx-themeversion we use is fixed (probably,>0.13.1).See pydata/pydata-sphinx-theme#1253, python-poetry/poetry#7358, pypa/installer#147
