Enable automatic proto version detection #2366
Description
With the new ansys-api-discovery package and after fixing the import statments... v1 will be attempted straight away. Since the _grpc layer is not yet adapted, we should fallback to v0 if not specified rather than attempting to use the latest. At least until the blitz is over.
