Mechanical DPF workflow is failing

Attempts to fix it have been performed at #108 without success

Mechanical fails with a weird error:

Once it's solved we can reactivate the doc build (search for TODO: enable when issues in PyMechanical are resolved and uncomment corresponding sections)
