In preparation for ADO changes coming in the protobuffer, disable libuserd tests that will start to fail until the transition is complete.
Updates to align with the upcoming (0.4.4) version of ansys-api-pyensight which includes a new libuserd .proto file.
Bump ansys-api-pyensight version.
API version 0.4.5 has the correct .proto file. Re-enable libuserd tests.
Update tests for changes in the 2025 R2 APIs.
Update the tooltype attr value.
