Adding functionality to assign Scheduler settings through pyfluent.launch_fluent()

📝 Description of the feature

Currently, you can only use PyFluent to run through a job schedule by launching Fluent through a Slurm environment:

I am an Ansys Channel Partner employee, and one of our customers would like the functionality to set scheduler settings using PyFluent, similar to launching through the GUI:

Ie: pyfluent.launch(job_scheduler = True, node_name = 'My Head Node')

Currently we support only "slurm" and as a workaround of using other environment one can pass the command line arguments required to start Fluent as part of "additional_arguments" in launch_fluent(...).
