Labeler hasnt been triggered lastly

Description of the bug

It seems that the labeler hasn't worked in the last 17 days. But there has been no changes (in the workflow file nor the action).

This was brough to me by @PProfizi in ansys/pydpf-core#359

I'm pinging @jorgepiloto for some feedback on this, because to me, everything looks fine.

Which by the way they have:

I believe it should use [] instead of {}.
