Add scaling factor on geometry parts

Hi Speos team,

When creating an geometry, I would like to be able to set a scaling factor on a geometry. It seems that today we can only set axis system and if it's indeed not supported, I would like to raise it as an enhancement request.

@guoyin-zhao-ansys please check the example from this article, you can change the geometry via re-setting the mesh vertices location, i.e. scale a geometry. Pay attention, if you just change the mesh vertices info, the meshing will not change but having large meshes in the new geometry. If you want to use new mesh for geometry, then please consider creating a new geometry via providing new mesh information.
