sharing a small skill that may be useful as a community example of the open standard:

it is a six-axiom meditation kernel for shipping changes with humans or AI agents.

read first. write second. verify third.

frontmatter follows the spec (name, description ≤ 200 chars, license). description triggers narrowed to "non-trivial multi-file diff or multi-slice agent run" so it does not over-load on irrelevant prompts. body is under 100 lines per progressive-disclosure guidance.

framing: this is a meditation, not enforcement. composes with obra/superpowers for the cases that need iron-law guards. different altitudes.
