my design decision:
re-use the code from the implementation of
listNetworkTopologyand add it separate to provide these metrics:artemis_cluster_lives_countartemis_cluster_backups_countthis is a bit of code duplication, but prevents risk of breaking a refactored
listNetworkTopology
