How to customize URL?

The system's default URL structure is:
/questions/D1D1/
/questions/D1D1/post-title
/questions/10010000000000001
/questions/10010000000000001/post-title

I want to change it to start from 1000 and increment continuously.

@hack0573 There is no built-in feature to configure this. You can only achieve your desired by modifying the source code for this section.
