plugin categories and priority:

• limit traffic: limit-req, limit-conn, limit-conn
• observability: prometheus, skywalking, zipkin, request-id
• security: ip-restriction,CORS, uri-blocker, Fault Injection, Request Validator
• Authentications: key-auth, JWT, basic-auth, openid-connect, authz-keycloak
• Log: kafka, http-logger, tcp-logger, udp-logger, syslog
• others: proxy-cache, proxy-mirror, echo

Very crowded I think if removed the description.
