Add support for cuDF physical execution engine #202

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.
Since pandas and polars have recently been added as physical execution engines it seems to make sense to add cudf as another possible physical execution engine and gain GPU SQL support.

Similar to pandas and polars integrate with cudf
