@LuciFer80-lab you may check this blog about the feature and its design spec, https://www.shapeblue.com/host-ha-for-kvm-hosts-in-cloudstack/ Afaik, it requires a NFS storage to work. You can use different storage for deployment but for feature to work it requires one NFS store |

ok , when i use nfs as primary storage the hosts gets ha available state but when i power off the host then it goes suspect degraded and again suspect it is not going down and i have default settings in global configuration. |

i want to create kvm host ha in cloudstack,
in my scenario i am using almalinux 8.10 with cloudstack 4.22 and my kvm's are using san cluster for storage..
when i configure oobm using ipmi my hosts gets in suspect state for ha but when i add nfs it instantly change to available state, and i observed kvmha folder is only created in nfs but i dont want nfs for it as i am using san cluster or san storage.
what is the possible cause of this and how do i mitigate this?
