The complete network offering name is not displayed when creating a networ tier in a vpc

versions

ACS 4.20.x

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create a vpc network

2. Navigate to vpc > network > create a tier

3. The network offering name is not completely shown

End user cannot identify which service offering has lb enabled and which doesn't have lb
...

What to do about it?

Show the entire network offering description

@kiranchavala , I think this is an operational issue. Of course we can add facilities to make it more useable for the end user, but the dropdown does not allow for a full list of features. I think a better design of how to address this issue is needed.

Just displaying or showing the complete "description" in the drop down in sufficient

Currently end user doesn't know if the offering he selected is the correct or not

since the description name is same till "Offering for Isolated Vpc networks with Source Nat"
