If ReusedExchangeExec is a child operator of CometBroadcastExchangeExec, the Comet query fails #714

I found this issue when fixing CI failure in #651.
After Comet shuffle enabled, it is possible that ReusedExchangeExec becomes a child operator of CometBroadcastExchangeExec. But ReusedExchangeExec isn't in the matching list of operators.
