`arrow-schema-52.2.0` breaks build

Describe the bug

Version 52.2.0 of arrow-schema breaks the CI build as it deprecated the method Schema::all_fields, which is treated as an error by the cargo clippy CI step.

Run cargo clippy

Build succeeds
