I don't think this is right -- the Interval is not guaranteed to be the actual min/max boundaries for all expressions. Here is a test / counter example:

Hmm I'll take a look soon!
First I applied it only for casts but in generalizing it went a bit too far.

I think the interval itself is good, but we cant apply multiple independent min/maxes like this as they can/will likely be on other rows.
